Travis Scott’s happy home is in New York, where he takes care of his daughter Stormi

Ever desired to be a Kardashian? Do you revere Jacques Bermon Webster II, also known as Travis Scott? Are you a fan of “The Stars and Stripes Forever”? Who wouldn’t? Have we got a listing for you in New York City!

Built in 1839, this Greenwich Village townhouse has seen many occupants in almost two centuries, including most recently the “Highest in the Room” hitmaker and his pregnant cosmetics-mogul-reality-star girlfriend Kylie Jenner, as well as John Phillips Sousa, the composer of our National March (“The Stars and Stripes Forever”), who purchased the house in 1919.

The property has been on and off the market for nearly a decade with various brokers and prices as high as $31.95 million. The six-story building with a decked-out rooftop is now available for $26.5 million through “Million Dollar Listing” sensation Ryan Serhant. Architectural Digest was the first to disclose the news.

The 22-foot-wide, 8,700-square-foot building has been gutted by developer/owner William Rainero, and Clodagh Design was responsible for the interiors. The outdoor kitchen was designed by Silvano Marchetto, namesake owner of the now-closed but once beloved and celebrity-favored West Village restaurant Da Silvano.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home is close to Washington Square Park and the Freedom Tower, both of which can be seen from the roof terrace. Inside, the modern fireplace in the living room, which opens to the 700-square-foot backyard, ensures pleasant autumn evenings. The soaring 18’3″ ceilings are complemented by the exposed original stone and masonry walls found throughout the building.

Accessible via a glass staircase or glass elevator are a mezzanine parlor, a secondary kitchen, and a media room in the basement. There is also a hot pool on the terrace and a sauna with glass walls in the wellness area. The master bedroom occupies the entire fourth floor and features a fireplace, a spacious dressing room, and a narrow terrace.

Jenner, who is only 24 years old and extremely wealthy (but not a billionaire), has already amassed an impressive collection of Los Angeles properties. In addition to two properties in Hidden Hills, including a five-acre lot she purchased for nearly $15 million in April 2020, she also possesses a palatial, 15,000-square-foot mansion in the Holmby Hills that she purchased for $36.5 million last year. Meanwhile, Travis resides in nearby Brentwood, where he has spent approximately $29.3 million over the past year on two properties, and the couple possesses a $13.5 million home in the hills above Beverly Hills.
