DJ Khaled must be “on one” after selling his enormous Los Angeles property for $12.5 million—$2.6 million more than he paid for it in 2016.

According to Dirt, the Grammy-winning singer and composer sold the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house to Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon David Amron and his wife Jessica.
