Reebok and Cardi B have reunited for their most recent joint venture. The rapper, whose previous collections included “Mommy & Me” and “Summertime Fine,” achieved considerable acclaim, has now unveiled “The Classic Leather Cardi,” a statement footwear. According to the press release, “Cardi’s love of gold and its timeless value” inspired the newest design.

 

 

 

The opulent gold silhouette is a fusion of the midsoles from the brand’s Legacy 83s and Reebok’s Classic Leather Sneakers. An closer inspection reveals that the upper of the sneakers is comprised of supple leathers with velour overlays. A velvet accent tongue and a satin-like luster deboss effect give them an attractive sheen and shimmer, respectively. w.o.m.e.n’s sizes 5 through 12 of the new footwear will be available for own exclusively on Reebok.com beginning July 16 at 10 a.m. EST.
