According to reports, Will Smith feels “humiliated and betrayed” by his wife Jada Pinkett Smith following the shоcking disclosures she made in her most recent book. 

After Jada revealed they had been in an intermittent romance for seven years, the Oscar winner is reportedly inconsolable and “wants a divorce.” Initially, it was stated that the two were “working to reconcile”; however, Will now seems to have been “blindsided” by the information.

According to a source who spoke with Heat Magazine, Will felt “more emasculated than ever” and did not approve of his wife discussing their personal life in the book. “He knows he needs to be strategic because there’s $400 million at stake,” the person said. But this is the last straw since he’s hurt and enraged.

“He wants to divorce and end the charade,” they continued. It is alleged that he wants a “real relationship” right now and that “that ship has sailed” with Jada.

It follows Jada’s October revelation that she and Will had split up for six years prior to the notorious Oscars slаp, in which Will struck comedian Chris Rock across the face in retaliation for remarks he made about Jada. “We’re still figuring it out,” she disclosed. Together, we’ve been working on some incredibly challenging projects. We are going to work out what it means for us to have this intense love that we have for one another.

In 2020, the pair came clean about Jada’s infidelity with singer August. Will stated at the time, “Our marriage wasn’t working.” We were done playing pretend. There was obviously a need for change because we were both miserable.”

It seems that the affair began when Jada and Will went their separate ways in sеcrеt in 2015. August says Will allowed him to have an affair with his wife. As time passed, Jada admitted to Will that she had become entangled in a different kind of relationship with August, saying it “was a relationship, absolutely.”

Even after Will yelled at Chris Rock during the Oscars incident, “Keep my wife’s nаme out of your f—ing mouth!” Jada said that the couple “haven’t called each other husband and wife in a long time.” Speaking of the slаp, Jada said it was “ridiculous how far it went.”

She continued, though: “But I also understood simultaneously. Will had never done that before, given the untrue story that I had cheated on him or that I was an adulterous woman.

“I believe that when we simply consider human nature—when you consider the breadcrumbs—people are in search of an object of blame. I certainly wasn’t shocked that I was held responsible because people were unaware of what was going on behind the scenes.
