Abigail Breslin, an Oscar-nominated actress, claims that she is ‘afraid of being alone’ with her well-known co-star.
While filming their most recent production, Oscar-nominated actress Abigail Breslin disclosed that she was “afraid of being alone” with co-star Aaron Eckhart.
Information has surfaced indicating that Breslin, who gained notoriety for her part in Little Miss Sunshine, made several allegations regarding Eckhart—best recognized for her roles in The Dark Night and Erin Brockovich—in a letter to SAG-AFTRA.
Filming for the duo’s action thriller Classified, which also stars Tim Roth, came to an end in Malta in May.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that the project is moving along as easily as the studio had hoped.
Breslin allegedly accused his co-star of “аggressive, demeaning, and unprofessional” behavior during the filming process.
According to reports, Breslin requested certain alterations be made to the movie and threatened to stop filming if her requests were not fulfilled.
The claims surfaced in a lawsuit that the producer brought against Breslin, stating that the project lost more than $80,000 as a result of her charges.
According to the lawsuit, “when Breslin informed the production that Eckhart engaged in the аggressive, demeaning, and unprofessional behavior she asserted, the entire production process virtually came to a halt.” put her in rιsk on several occasions.
“To keep up production, for starters. In multiple sequences with Eckhart, Breslin insisted on being alone himself. The producers were forced to make expensive concessions to meet his demands, or else Breslin would not carry out his contractual duties.
According to the producers, there was “no evidence to support Breslin’s mythical, wild, and symbolic warrior fantasy against Eckhart” during an on-set investigation.
“Unnecessary adjustments made to Breslin, whose statements were speculative,” according to the lawsuit served, “cost the production more than $80,000.”
In addition, the producers said that Abigail was “blackmailing” them by requesting $35,000 in exchange for signing paperwork needed for the movie’s distribution.
“Ms. Breslin ended up denying all controversial allegations and smartly decided to stand by her statement, which she provided confidentially to SAG,” a spokesman for Breslin told Rolling Stone in reaction to the reports.
