The country music star recreates the iconic look
Fans expressed similar sentiments after LeAnn Rimes’ Thursday display of affection for Taylor Swift.
The ‘Can’t FigҺt the Moonlight’ singer looked fearless on Instagram, imitating one of Taylor’s most famous seaside ensembles.
LeAnn strikes the exact identical position as on Taylor’s 1989 album cover as she leans forward and smiles while wearing jeans, a white vest, and a blue knit sweater. She captioned the photo with, “It’s 1989 (Taylor’s version of course) and red lip day,” and included a picture of the relevant album cover.
LeAnn continued, “Thanks for my sweater @taylorswift,” and ended, “Can’t resist recreating a little, since it’s Halloween and all.”
As soon as they began scrolling through the picture, fans left comments, many of which repeated one another.
“Leann if you do a collaboration with Taylor Swift Version I might Ԁie,” one person wrote, while another added: “A duet between you two needs to happen,” while a third ba quipped: “Oh, we’re ready for a duet.” Cooperate, queen.”
Taylor Swift and LeAnn Rimes perform at the 44th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards in 2009 as the Artist of the Decade. Some recall the 2007 occasion when Taylor opened for LeAnn; this fact actually sent some fans into a frenzy, with some saying, “Tell me this didn’t happen” and “What?????”Both celebrities have experienced growing up in the spotlight. Taylor, 33, secured a song publishing contract with Sony/ATV when she was just 14 years old.
She became the youngest person to sign the company’s history. LeAnn was just 13 years old when she topped the charts with her performance of “Blue.”
At 41, she has been performing for decades but recently revealed her unexpecteԀ demands backstage – and they are far from rock and roll. Instead of her rider having lots of requests like room temperature water and sumptuous dishes, LeAnn just wants one thing.
“I have officially requested a rocking chair for my rider,” she revealed in an Instagram video. “And that’s because I’m 41 now. No, I’m just kidding. That’s because when I’m at home and doing vocal exercises or warming up, I’ll sit on a bouncy ball.”
She continued: “I think the next best thing to being out here is to find a rocking chair. It’s nice that I don’t have to focus so much on things.”
Off-stage, LeAnn has been married to American actor Eddie Cibrian since 2011. They met on the set of the Lifetime television series, Northern Lights, in 2008, when they were both married to other people.
LeAnn is married to Dean Sheremet while Eddie is married to RHOB alum Brandi Glanville, with whom he shares two children.
