Kevin Durant says Travis Scott’s album UTOPIA will be ‘Incredible’



Kevin Durant, a two-time NBA champion, is an admirer of Travis Scott, particularly his forthcoming album UTOPIA. According to Durant, the new album is similarly innovative and boundary-pushing. Furthermore, the legendary basketball player underscored Scott’s far-reaching influence within the hip-hop community. Travis Scott, renowned for his innovative application of autotune and eerie, atmospheric production, has irrevocably transformed the face of mainstream hip-hop.

Although not as successful as his follow-up album ASTROWORLD, the Texan rapper’s breakthrough album, Rodeo, is widely regarded as one of the finest hip-hop albums of the twenty-first century. A visual undertaking, the forthcoming UTOPIA album will be accompanied by a film, and Kevin Durant declares it to be phenomenal. The Suns player considers it to be among Scott’s finest creations. 

Durant addressed the album in an interview with RapCaviar prior to being queried regarding his familiarity with it.  Travis is once more attempting something new musically, he confirms, adding that the rap community has been anticipating this album for some time. Durant remarked, “His spirit and presence are palpable throughout the game.” 

UTOPIA encounters numerous delays.

Numerous times, the release date has been announced and subsequently rescheduled, so fans are skeptical as to when it might be available for purchase. With an Instagram post titled “Utopia” in 2020, Scott initially hinted at the release of the album.

More recently, a desert construction project necessitated the cancellation of the launch celebration in Egypt.
