Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s Divine Real Estate Move: Transforming a Church into a Luxurious Vill

The villa located in New Orleans, USA has become the new property of the music star couple.

The villa called La Casa de Castile in the Garden district has had its purpose changed many times. This was originally the Westminster Presbyterian Church. After that, it became a ballet studio and was further renovated into a luxury villa.

The building was built in 1925 in Spanish Baroque architecture, with an area of more than 1,200 m2, with three separate apartments lavishly decorated and covered with wooden floors. In total, the villa has 22 rooms, including seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Located in the Garden District, Beyonce’s family has easy access to New Orleans’ most famous landmarks. In particular, the building is also near a mansion of Solange Knowles – Beyonce’s younger sister.

Eonline said that the star couple spent 2.6 million USD (more than 56 billion VND) to own this property.
