AT THE EPIC ATLANTA FALCONS HIP HOP 50 CONCERT, T.I., JEEZY, BIG BOI, AND MORE WILL PERFORM

The Atlanta Falcons will host a 50th anniversary celebration of the genre with T.I., Jeezy, Big Boi, Quavo, Ludacris, and many other southern hip-hop icons.

The famous lineup of performers will provide pregame entertainment at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday, November 26, when the Falcons take on their division rivals, the New Orleans Saints.

The Falcons are urging fans to arrive at the stadium early as the performance starts at 12:30 p.m. with a lengthy lineup that also includes Jermaine Dupri, CeeLo Green & Goodie Mob, Killer Mike, JID, DJ Drama, Bow Wow, Rich Homie Quan, Pastor Troy, and Yung Joc.

The event will take place 30 minutes before kickoff, which means there won’t be enough time for all 60 artists to give full performances. Nevertheless, over 60 artists from the whole 50 years of hip-hop will be honored.

Tameka Rish, senior vice president of fan and associate experience at AMB Sports and Entertainment, said, “We are incredibly excited to celebrate this milestone and invite fans and the entire Atlanta community to join us.”

“Since Deion Sanders was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the early 1990s, the Hip Hop community and the team have developed a strong bond. Artists including Big Boi, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, André 3000, Ludacris, and Big Boi gained notoriety when Michael Vick’s number seven jersey became the best-selling item in sports history.

She stated, “This relationship has not only survived but thrived, reflecting Atlanta’s ongoing significance in the hip-hop world.” “We continue to place a high value on our collaborations with artists such as Jeezy, 2 Chainz, Quavo, Pastor Troy, and the larger Hip Hop community, as they truly represent our love and dedication to Atlanta culture.”

Additionally, fans in attendance will be able to buy limited edition items that highlight the impact that hip hop has had on the team and the Atlanta region.

Additionally, newly created visuals that are supposed to offer a 360-degree experience in the stadium will accompany the pre-game entertainment.

Even though the performance includes some of the most well-known figures in Atlanta hip-hop, certain major artists—including André 3000, Future, Gucci Mane, 2 Chainz, 21 Savage, Lil Baby, and Lil Jon—are absent.
