Alvin Nathaniel Joiner, better known by his stage name Xzibit, is a rapper, actor, and television presenter. He hopes to sell his upscale home in the Los Angeles suburb of Porter Ranch. Recently, the luxurious residence was listed for $3,850,000.

In 2017, when it was brand-new, Xzibit paid $2,436,000 for the 5,710-square-foot residence. And it appears to have been meticulously maintained.

In July 2022, the home was initially listed for $3,995,000.
