Rapper Tyga has a rep for renting Calabasas mansions (near his girlfriend Kylie Jenner), but really dragging his feet on paying the rent. One of his former landlords filed a lawsuit to collect back rent ($124,000); another followed shortly after, trying to get $50,000 in overdue rent. But that was Calabasas—and the past! Tyga’s new place is in the Hills above the Sunset Strip, and rents for “over $17,000,” says X17 Online. The six-bedroom mansion has everything a young man-about-town might want, including a wine cellar, a rooftop jacuzzi, a Murano glass chandlier, and a statue of Predator guarding the front double doors.

The house’s listing describes it as “completely renovated” and contemporary. The most exciting part of the house is, of course, the master bedroom, which has his and hers closets, as well as a dedicated shoe closet. The master bathroom is outfitted with a steam room plus an infinity bathtub with jets and a balcony. The grounds include “fire features,” a pool, and a spa with a waterfall.

X17 Online hears that prior to renting this Hollywood Hills house, Tyga was holed up in the Calabasas mansion of his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner. (Khloe isn’t far away and Kourtney is also close by.) Jenner bought the $2.7-million estate in February, when she was just 17 years old.
