Diddy is asking $7 million for one of his two residences in Los Angeles. In 2009, the clapboard-sided classic sold for $5.3 million. The music mogul was never a resident.
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, the mother of four of his six children, instead resided there for years. Porter passed away at the house in November of 2018.
The listing photographs show the empty interiors of the East Coast traditional-style property. Porter’s lone artifact appears to be a 2011 Cadillac Escalade parked in the driveway.
For privacy, the half-acre estate is gated, fenced, and locked. Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus all reside close on the loveliest street in L.A.’s gorgeous Toluca Lake.
Jennifer Morrison of “Once Upon a Time” and Dan Fogelman of “This Is Us” live across the street. Nats Getty and his wife, transgender YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous, have moved into the Miley Cyrus residence next door.
“[This] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes,” according to the Porter estate listing. The mansion is big and magnificent.
The 10,000-square-foot house features six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and curved staircase in the double-height entryway attract visitors.
The majority of the house is finished with lustrous ebony hardwood floors, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath.
Beautiful sycamore trees, groomed boxwood hedges, a sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining loggia, dark-bottomed swimming pool, raised jacuzzi, and Baja sundeck can be found on the property.
With his $800 million net wealth, Diddy can afford practically any property. The mogul has a $39 million Holmby Hills mansion.
On Miami’s exclusive Star Island, he owns two estates: a 13,000-square-foot mansion purchased in 2003 and a $35 million house purchased this summer from Gloria Estefan.
