During his recent interview with Funny Marco, Blueface was pushed aside for not doing enough research before their conversation.
The Los Angeles resident and the internet comic had a brief talk on Tuesday, December 5, after which Blueface left. It’s uncertain if this was staged or not.
Since then, the two have worked together on an Instagram post to promote the interview, which is scheduled to be released this weekend but was reportedly only 30 seconds long.
Blueface said, “Which song do you think I’m off beat?” in response to Marco’s question on why the 26-year-old couldn’t rap on beat. Blueface pressed Marco more when he was unable to identify any music, telling him to merely list three songs or “this fuckin’ interview is over.”
“Thotiana, shut up,” Marco answered. “Thotiana, let’s get down, with Cardi B…”
Sure enough, the moment his biggest song was mentioned twice, his guest stood up and left.
Funny Marco has gained a lot of notoriety by doing strange interviews, not all of which have turned out well.
He hosted G Herbo and Southside on Open Thoughts in the middle of October. Later, he claimed that the episode was even more heated than it appeared, calling Southside and Herbo “bitch” on several occasions and claiming that they also damaged his $30,000 watch.
Since then, he has chosen to see the experience humorously, as he did last week when he performed a new stand-up routine. He disclosed during the performance that he had originally received encouragement to release the contentious interview from the rappers’ teams.
Alright, Mr. Herbo. The joke went viral. You guys saw it,” he remarked, adding that Herbo had changed his mind as a result of the viral success. The team then makes a call. “Take this thing out!” Put an end to this now!
As long as the interview is still accessible online, Marco says he refused to comply with their demands.
