Ye only recently purchased the home a few years ago, gutting it all in preparation for a remodel designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando.

He is willing to sell the house for less than what he paid for it when he bought it in 2021 for $57 million.

Selling Sunset actor Jason Oppenheim is in charge of the listing, according to TMZ, and he had nothing but positive things to sаy about the house.
