After over two decades of matrimony, Snoop Dogg and Shante Broadus continue to maintain a robust relationship.
Tuesday (June 14) marked the couple’s 25th wedding anniversary with a vacation in the tropical South Pacific island of Bora Bora, reportedly the rapper’s first in thirty years.

Snoop documented the occasion through a series of Instagram posts. These posts featured photographs of him and Shante spending quality time together on the beach, as well as videos of him lavishing Shante with gifts at their resort. The assortment of presents included personalized cakes, exquisite flower arrangements, and sophisticated bed decorations.

Shante commemorated the occasion of their silver wedding anniversary by publishing a heartwarming Instagram post. “Do we travel together?” Extremely Bad!” was the caption she penned. “Nearly all these years have passed, our gaze remains unchanged.” Alexa * Perform Tony’s ‘Anniversary’ Instrumental! Snoop responded to her post with the endearing remark, “I only have eyes for you.”

Numerous celebrity acquaintances and peers, including 21 Savage, The Game, Busta Rhymes, Swizz Beatz, Monica, Viola Davis, Mark Wahlberg, and Heidi Klum, congratulated Mr. and Mrs. Broadus on their achievement.

“This is beyond stunning. There must be considerably more of this love seen. Swizz wrote on Snoop’s Instagram, “Love, y’all continue to step in the name of Love,” while Game added, “This is extremely difficult for me.”

Shante Broadus (née Taylor) and Snoop Dogg wed in June 1997 after meeting in high school. The couple is the guardians of three children and the grandparents of six: Cordé, 27, Cordell, 25, and Cori, 22. Julian, who is 23 years old, is an additional offspring of Snoop’s from a previous relationship.

In 2004, when Snoop filed for divorce, the couple came perilously close to dissolving, as his acknowledged infidelity caused friction in the partnership. Four years later, however, he and Shante reconciled and exchanged vows again, as documented on their E! reality television program Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood.

“I attempted to divorce, but upon returning home, I rekindled my affection for my spouse and children,” Snoop disclosed during an interview with MTV. “There are numerous occasions when it becomes overcast. Man, this music industry is a motherfucker, and it will dilute your vision.

“However, since God is merciful, I recognize the importance of my spouse and children in my life; therefore, I discarded the documents. Divorce is not something I desire. Therefore, in the event that you become aware of a divorce, it will pertain to my spouse and me. She will not be divorced by me… And I committed an error, thus I am endeavoring to rectify the situation.”

Snoop Dogghired his longstanding spouse in June 2021, appointing her as his manager to supervise his multifaceted career encompassing media, cannabis, video games, and music.

“Since day one, Shante has been providing career guidance in the background,” he stated at the time. “She has consistently served as the last word on every decision I’ve ever made; without her, I would not be where I am today.” “I am honored to have her as my official manager, as we collaborate in the development of the Snoop Dogg empire.”
