Despite being routinely referred to as the biggest star in the world, Bad Bunny now has a residence that solidifies his A-list standing. This Los Angeles estate has declared “I like it like that,” according to the Grammy-winning Puerto Rican rap-reggaeton phenomenon Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, who paid an astonishing $8.8 mιllιon for it.
The modern property, which was constructed in 2005 and was last sold in 2015 for $8.2 mιllιon, is positioned relatively high in the hills above the crowded Sunset Strip of the city.
The fortress-like residence is hidden from view by gates and a large wall, and there is off-street parking for six or more vehicles. Just a short distance from the five-bedroom main house, the garage is affixed to a two-story guesthouse. Together, the two buildings feature eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and more than 7,000 square feet of living space.
The main house, which has recently undergone renovation, features rich contemporary finishes and whitewashed interiors. According to earlier advertisements, there are “several living rooms,” a dining room, and a kitchen with a Viking island and equipment. The main bedroom is located upstairs, and it is distinguished by a startlingly huge closet that has a separate sitting area. There is also a private terrace and a bathroom with a standalone tub and a glass-enclosed shower.
In the busy Hollywood Hills, a huge and completely functional backyard with a sprawling lawn, generous patios, an infinity-edge pool, and a BBQ center is a luxury that is infrequently found on the half-acre property. A resort-like atmosphere is created by the mature palm trees and panoramic views of the city lights.
Bad Bunny apparently maintains a primary residence in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in addition to his new L.A. getaway. Jassim, however, continues to be located in San Juan but just spent $12 mιllιon for the former Miami estate of Anna Kournikova.
