Diddy pays rent while providing more than 175 Miami families with COVID-19 relief during the pandemic

For citizens of Florida who could have otherwise been in danger of losing their houses, Diddy (née Sean Combs) is making a difference in their lives.

Just three days before the new year, on Tuesday, the 51-year-old businessman collaborated with his Sean Combs Foundation to assist close to 200 Miami families in meeting their rent obligations. The Grammy-winning musician also contributed directly with cash and gift cards, as well as much-needed necessities like personal hygiene products.

In an effort to further better the community, Diddy teamed up with Teens Exercising Extraordinary Success (TEES), an organization that provides a stable home environment to help shield young people from the harmful influences of their peers and encourages them to lead productive lives that will eventually enable them to become self-sufficient investors in the economy.

Along with Michael Gardner, Headliner Market Group, and Miami Dade County Commissioner Keon Hardemonwith, the group of donors are working together.

One month after COVID-19 was formally declared a worldwide pandemic in April, Diddy invited his well-known friends from around the world to participate in his virtual dance-a-thon, which earned over $3.4 million in donations. The enormous amount was donated to Direct Relief, a nonprofit humanitarian organization that provides medical supplies to impoverished countries. The money that Diddy and his kind company raised was intended just to support Direct Relief’s work in aiding individuals affected by the new coronavirus health catastrophe.
