Some of the biggest stars in the world were present to watch Lionel Messi perform for Inter Miami, which seems like a sure indication of things to come.

Among those present to witness his second appearance for the MLS team were Camila Cabello, DJ Khaled, and Diddy.

David and Victoria Beckham, the English supercouple who co-own the Fort Lauderdale squad, were obviously in attendance.

Sitting next to them other were Khaled and Diddy, also known as P Diddy, Puffy, and his real name, Sean Combs.

Beckham was seen embracing Rauw Alejandro, a singer from Puerto Rico, and Diddy. Mr. Beckham also gave Cabello a hug and a kiss.

The Argentine’s mere presence on the field brought solace to Inter Miami supporters, but it appears that he have powers off it as well.

He was observed comforting DJ Khaled’s weeping son before kickoff against Atlanta United.

Messi was reunited with Argentina midfielder Thiago Almada, a fellow World Cup winner, in addition to his Inter Miami teammates.

There was only going to be one Argentine in the spotlight after the latter missed a penalty in the closing minutes. He did, however, take home Messi’s game-used shirt as the night’s biggest prize as he left Fort Lauderdale.
