After the raid on the rappers’ houses, Sean “Diddy” Combs and his son Justin “Dior” Combs were spotted together for the first time on Sunday while they unwinded in Miami.
The 54-year-old Grammy Award winner took Justin, 30, for a leisurely stroll around his upscale Star Island community. Justin was arrested last month after federal officials stormed the family’s Los Angeles property as part of an investigation into sex trafficking.
Diddy looked happy as he put his hand on Justin’s shoulder during a private father-son encounter, cutting a carefree figure in a T-shirt and shorts.
Stephanie Rao, Justin’s girlfriend, joined them for the occasion, and the two of them had a glass of wine.
The midday retreat coincides with Diddy drawing criticism after posting a clip from his 1998 Victory music video on Instagram that shows him eluding a SWAT unit.
The late The Notorious B.I.G. and Puff Daddy, as he was known when Victory was released in 1997, rap together in the video.
Along with Danny DeVito, the music video incorporates the comment that Diddy’s character has been evading capture for years prior to the words ‘Most Wanted’ showing on screen.
The photo was captioned “Bad Boy for life” by Diddy.
Following reports that Christian “King” Combs, 25, the son of Diddy, had been sued for allegedly sexually abusing Grace O’Marcaigh, a worker aboard a boat his father chartered in the summer of 2022, the post was made.
The lawsuit also claims that King caused mental distress and participated in sexual harassment.
Additionally, Diddy is charged with encouraging and abetting his son’s behavior.
That year, the alleged event happened in late December, right before Diddy’s star-studded yacht party on New Year’s Eve.
O’Marcaigh alleges that after giving her a shot of allegedly drugged whiskey, King made an attempt to kiss and grope her.
