Diddy, Rick Ross, and Kanye West are accused of stealing the French Montana song “Gucci Mane.”

According to what he recently revealed to MTV News, French Montana has been giving fans teases about a song called “Gucci Mane,” which is expected to be his next single. The record has an all-star lineup of contributors, including Kanye West, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne. A record label, however, is trying to prevent the single from being released because they believe it was stolen.

The claims that the song “Gucci Mane” is the property of Chinga Chang Records’ artist 9gotti are the reason for the accusations. They claim that it was stolen from them by Kanye and other people. In a stop and desist letter, Chinga Chang Records makes fun of Rick Ross and Diddy while suggesting that the rip-off may have been a “drunken oversight.”

The suit claims that French’s song and 9gotti’s are the same. They are making an effort to prevent the release of French’s version. Why French Montana was left out of the lawsuit’s list is unknown.
