After a falling out over business matters, Sean “Diddy” Combs and Dr. Dre reconnected in the studio eight years later.
Diddy celebrated the duo’s reunion on Tuesday by sharing pictures of them together that were shot in a recording studio on Instagram.
In the first photo, Diddy chats into a happy Dre’s ear while the two hold hands.
The rapper Diddy is seen listening carefully to the mastermind of “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang” in the third and fourth photos, while the second shot shows the couple enjoying their collaboration.
Photos were captioned by Diddy. “I recall my initial impression of @DrDre’s music.” It provided me with precise guidance on the caliber of producer I should aim for.
“I had the opportunity to work with this man last night, and I witnessed his brilliance as he guided me through singing. He was very dedicated and had a distinct style from how I felt about myself. I really need to get more focused, LOL,” he said.
