Shortly before Diddy hosted a star-studded New Year’s Eve party aboard the yacht in December 2022, which attracted the likes of rappers Joe Budden and Travis Scott, Christian, 26, also known as King, is accused of sexually assaulting him while partying.

Allegations have been made against his 30-year-old half-brother Justin that he and his father covered up a friend’s gunshot death in a Los Angeles recording studio in September 2022.

The day after Cassie filed her lawsuit, Diddy, whose real name is Sean John Combs, reached an out-of-court settlement.
