It would not surprise me at all if Cardi B showed up at the Winslow house wearing this outfit. For a recent show at Coney Island, the star dressed like Family Matters star Steve Urkel by wearing pigtails and glasses that were too big on him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cardi is really into bows and ribbons right now, and this pretty-in-pink style is the newest one to join her bow era. For the Coney Island show, she went one step further with the coquette look by wearing glasses and pigtails with ribbons.

 

 

She also wore a white Oxford shirt, sweater vest, and miniskirt to make the look even more like a normal movie nerd, but with a Cardi twist. The rapper had two long pigtails pulled back from her head across her face.

 

Her hair was parted very deeply to one side. Baby pink lace ribbons were wrapped around and around each section, covering most of her hair. Pale pink bows were tied at the top and bottom.
