Rapper Kendrick Lamar has bought his little family a $10M penthouse in Brooklyn with a view of the entire city

According to our spies, Kendrick Lamar, the Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper who recently drew massive crowds at Lollapalooza in Chicago, was observed house hunting in New York City earlier this summer.

One of the residences he viewed was a condominium in Brooklyn Heights listed for $9.85 million.

The spacious four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom unit is located in Quay Tower, where Zendaya possesses a unit, as revealed exclusively by Gimme Shelter.

A representative for Lamar, who has won an astounding 17 Grammys and been nominated for an additional 30, did not respond to a request for comment. According to reports, Lamar and his companions viewed the house.

But if the native of Southern California were to claim this perch as his own, he would have quite the view. The 3,533-square-foot penthouse at 50 Bridge Park Drive contains a private high-speed lift that opens into the foyer of the apartment.

There are entertaining areas, a media room, a utility room, and floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbour, and Downtown Brooklyn.

The building’s amenities include a rooftop terrace, outdoor barbecues and fireplaces, as well as a fitness centre with a boxing area designed in collaboration with Gleason’s Gym, where Muhammad Ali famously trained. In addition, a children’s centre, a music room with an infant grand piano, a pet wash, and a concierge are available.
