The Los Angeles property of Sean “Diddy” Combs, whose former girlfriend Kim Porter went unexpectedly three years ago, is for sale.

Porter, who had four children with the rapper, lived on the San Fernando Valley property for a considerable amount of time, according to Dirt.com.

 

In the Toluca Lake suburb of Los Angeles, Combs is requesting $7 million for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home, which is thought to be on one of the greatest neighborhoods.

In addition, Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus reside in the neighborhood.

 

The 2006-built house was acquired by Combs, 51, for $5.3 million in 2009.

Porter, the actress and model who spent almost 13 years with Combs, was discovered dead in the house at the age of 46 from pneumonia (Note: Porter’s age at death was reported by some sites as 47).

Built on a half-acre property, the house is over 9,600 square feet.

The two-story entry hall of the East Coast traditional-style home opens to the patios and leads to the huge kitchen and family areas with high ceilings.
