Diddy Seeks Buyer for $7M Mansion Once Home to Ex-Girlfriend Kim Porter

Diddy seeks $7 million for one of his two Los Angeles residences. The 2006 clapboard classic sold for $5.3 million in 2009. The music mogul never lived there.

Instead, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, mother of four of his six children, lived there for years. Porter died in the mansion in November 2018.

The East Coast traditional home’s listing images show vacant rooms. A 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the driveway appears to be Porter’s only estate relic.

The half-acre estate is gated and fenced for privacy. Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus live on Toluca Lake’s prettiest neighborhood.

Dan Fogelman and Jennifer Morrison of “Once Upon a Time” own a property across the street. Oil heir Nats Getty and YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous live next door to Miley Cyrus.

“[This] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes,” states the Porter estate listing. The house is huge and impressive.

Six bedrooms have ensuite baths in the 10,000-square-foot mansion. The double-height foyer’s crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and curved staircase impress guests.

Ebony hardwood floors, a large living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath are found throughout the residence.

Sycamore trees, boxwood hedges, a sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining loggia, dark-bottomed pool, raised jacuzzi, and Baja sundeck are on the property.

With his $800 million net fortune, Diddy can purchаse practically any mansion. The mogul has a $39 million Holmby Hills home.

He has two properties on Miami’s Star Island: a 13,000-square-foot mansion purchased in 2003 and a $35 million house purchased from Gloria Estefan this summer.
