According to TMZ, Combs is attempting to sell the property off-market for $70 million—significantly more than the $40 million he paid in 2014.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Los Angeles mansion boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a 35-seat theater, a gym, and a wine room, spanning 17,000 square feet. The property also includes a 3,000-square-foot guest house, a lagoon-style swimming pool with an underwater tunnel, a basketball half-court, and manicured gardens.

Despite the home’s modern finishes, its hefty price tag and controversial history might make it difficult to sell. In March, federal agents swarmed the mansion with guns drawn, ransacking the property in search of evidence. The raid caused significant property damage, with electronics ripped out and personal belongings strewn across the home.

Combs’ legal troubles began in November 2023 when ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura accused him of rape and abuse, leading to a series of sexual assault allegations from at least six more individuals. While Combs has denied the accusations, a 2016 video showing him beating and dragging Cassie corroborated some of her claims.

As the legal drama unfolds, Combs reportedly plans to leave California permanently, spending most of his time in Florida. The grand jury is currently reviewing evidence to determine if there are grounds for indictment.

Amidst his legal battles and personal upheaval, Combs’ decision to sell his Los Angeles mansion marks a significant chapter in the ongoing saga of his public and private life.
